Watercolor of a bicycle and potted plants in Japan

As Japan’s population ages and the birth rate declines, we believe there will be more situations in which the contributions of people from abroad are needed.

At the same time, we do not believe in accepting people without limits. Clear rules and appropriate limits matter, as do public safety, order, and harmony with local communities.

People living in Japan have a responsibility to understand and follow its laws, rules, and everyday customs. Those welcoming them have a responsibility to explain what is needed, offer support, and create an environment where they can live with confidence. Genuine coexistence depends on both sides.

B2J aims to engage with each person individually and help more people from abroad earn trust within Japanese society.

Bangladesh is where our journey began. We do not want the conduct of a few individuals to damage the reputation of an entire country. We want the many people who study, work, and live responsibly in Japan to be recognized fairly.

We hope to build relationships that feel secure for Japanese people and people from abroad alike.

Our work is possible because of trust from partner companies, educational institutions, property businesses, overseas partners, and everyone who supports us.

We will continue to treat each person with care and build lasting relationships based on trust, rather than chasing short-term numbers or profit.

When Japanese people and people from abroad respect one another, take responsibility, and create value together, we move closer to the collaborative society B2J hopes to help build.
